Pet Policy

We welcome pets of all sizes at Stonebridge Crossing. Breed restrictions apply. If your pet is less than 50 lbs., we charge a $300 pet fee and $15 pet rent per month. If your pet is 51 lbs. or over, we charge a $500 pet fee and $15 pet rent per month. The pet fee is non-refundable and due when you move into our pet friendly community.
